The palate is medium bodied with juicy red cherries

The limestone containing fossilized starfish makes the wines that grow in it fresh

predominately strawberry and raspberry with grenade aromas and some delicate peach notes

L.A.S. Vino CBDB Chenin Blanc Dynamic Blend 2020 500ml savoie-aop while the Mourvèdre is bledThe wine was split into thirds; with a third barrel fermented in old oak, a third put into granite like vessels and a third undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine was left for 10 months in these vessels to mature with a little bit of stirring. Nothing except a touch of sulphur (for stability) and a little clay (for clarity) was added prior to bottling the wine unfiltered.
