This eponymous Buffalo Trace brand celebrates the innovative lad with a special annual release of uncut and unfiltered wheated Bourbon. It's a wonderful collectible and a lovely sip if you dare open it. Distilled in 1993 and released in 2005, this particular release is made from Kentucky corn, North Dakota wheat and malted
