Constructed of neusilber, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a monogram of Wilhelm Ernst circumscribed by an inscription of TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHNE, the reverse with a number 9 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 29. 96 mm in diameter, weighing 13. 8 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine
