A 60 Years Of The Soviet Armed Forces Commemorative Medal Archive Postcard of Jose Antonio PrimoConstructed of gilded brass, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, obverse depicts raised Soviet soldier with AK 47, missiles, fighter aircraft, and a submarine with dates 1918 1978, reverse depicts central five pointed star with a pebbled finish superimposed on a crossed rifle and sabre, with a hammer and plough in the centre of the star, circumscribed by Cyrillic inscription reading Sixty Years of the Armed Forces of the USSR,
