Germany, Kriegsmarine. A U-Boat War Badge Buy Now dated July 19(U Boot Kriegsabzeichen). Constructed of gilded tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Kriegsmarine style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a central U Boat, the reverse with a block hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 48. 06 mm (w) x 38. 84 mm (h), weighing 25. 4 grams, in extremely fine condition.
